Electrical fire caused fire and smoke damage to the unit in Mountain View
This apartment unit in Mountain View suffered from an electrical fire in the living room ceiling by the HVAC closet. The damage to the property was caused not only by the fire and water the homeowner used to put the fire out, but also by firefighting efforts throughout adjacent rooms. Several rooms had to be restored by our specialists and damaged contents had to be disposed of. The remaining homeowners’ belongings were cleaned and relocated to the his temporary place while his unit is being reconstructed.
