Flooded Commercial Space in San Jose, CA

This flooded commercial space in San Jose, CA was the result of a water fountain malfunction. The extent of the water damage was minimized because they called SERVPRO of Mountain View/Los Altos/Los Altos Hills for help. While they waited for our arrival, the business manager started to take action by shutting off the water source. After extracting standing water and setting up drying equipment, the drying process took just few days to restore it back to preloss condition. This business was able to reopen with minimal down time. The after picture shows the drying process with equipment set up to maximize air flow throughout the affected area.
