Broken pipe behind kitchen cabinet after a freeze in Texas
This homeowner was so appreciative when we showed up at her doorstep to help with the water damage, she couldn't stop thanking us. The damage was minor, but complicated. The challenge was to remove the cabinets to get to the wall with the broken pipe without having to demolish her entire kitchen because of the way the countertop was made. We were able to help the homeowner by removing the faces of the cabinets and saving them, so that the cabinets can be put back together by the cabinet vendor. The insurance adjuster was happy too that the damage was minimal.
