Bathroom affected by water and mold after Texas freeze
This bathroom got affected by a burst pipe after the Texas freeze storm. Since help was hard to find, the mold started to grow and mold remediation required. We had to follow a mold remediation protocol provided by an Environmental Hygienist and ended up having to gut the majority of the bathroom and part of the bedroom. The Texas humidity and hot weather made it hard to do this job in full protective gear, but we got it done. After the affected material was removed, the bathroom was sanitized and sealed for mold clearance test. Our hard work paid off after we passed the post mold clearance test with flying colors.
