Pipe burst in 5 different places after a freeze storm in Texas
This Texas home had ceiling affected in the garage after pipes froze and burst in 5 different places. The in-law unit above the garage had minimal damage but trying to find the source of the water was not an easy task. We kept finding the leaks every few feet of pipe. The garage had a strong odor from mold, so the ceiling had to be removed in order to dry affected studs and remediate the mold. The homeowner was very thankful and pleased that we were able to get all the work done and dry the structure in just four days.
