When leaky pipes left undiscovered

Give it right conditions and mold will spread like wildfire. This crawlspace was affected with mold due to an undiscovered leaky pipe. The before pictures shows the mold growth on the subfloor, which also affected the flooring inside the house due to moisture. The entire house had to be packed out, flooring removed and subfloor sanitized from inside the house and crawlspace. After the sanitizing process, we use an anti-microbial sealant to cover all affected surfaces to prevent any mold spores that may have left behind in hard-to-reach areas from spreading and re-affecting the area again. The after picture shows the end result after we sanded and sealed the affected areas.
