Water damage in an office space

This office space suffered a water damage to their laminate flooring. When water seeps under the laminate floor, the flooring has to be removed because there is a moisture barrier that will prevent our equipment from extracting standing water under the affected flooring. Once laminate flooring gets affected by water, it cannot be repaired because of how it is made and has to be removed. In this office space, we had to remove all the furniture and cubicles in order to removed the laminate flooring and get to the affected walls. Sometime a small water loss can cause big damage because of the type of finishing materials used.
