Working with industry leaders and adhering to the CDC standards for cleaning and disinfecting commercial spaces, we have developed a multi-phase cleaning and disinfecting protocol in line with the CDC and local health department guidelines. We are currently conducting routine preventative deep-cleaning and decontamination services for homes and businesses across California. The CDC encourages regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces such as counters, tabletops, doorknobs, light switches, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards, tablets, tables at a minimum. Our standard operating procedure related to the COVID-19 virus includes a variety of solutions to meet the changing needs of our community. Cleanup procedures generally include cleaning of porous and non-porous surfaces, disinfecting of non-porous surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting of equipment, tools, and/or supplies used for the cleanup process, and disposal of hazardous materials. Applying disinfectant using a combination of techniques—including fogging, surface wiping, and spraying areas of the building are addressed that would otherwise be missed by ordinary cleaning.
