i had a water damage and mold needed to be fixed and cleaned , accured from the past raining time and was too bad .
They helped me with plumber and all needed that left me in ease not worrying about anything .
When the team arrived, they worked quickly to measure the damage area and gave me an itemized estimation on the same day. On the day they started the project, they were very careful at removing stuff. I heard them measuring the moisture of each piece of flooring before they took it out.
they are very professional,trustworthy and really into details and they have a very high communications skills.
the cost is transparent and they did not overdo things just to charge more. I highly recommend them.

Eric and his team (Alex and Jay) were awesome! We had a water leak in our kitchen and needed someone to help with the mitigation. SERVPRO was recommended by our insurance and we immediately scheduled an appointment with them to get the remediation started. They were professional and on time everyday they had to come in. They also communicated every step of the way and kept us informed of the progress. Definitely recommend them!

Excellent Service I called SERVPRO due to a bathroom leak that had gone unattended for some time. The company was so responsive - same day to fix the leak and work on following days to remove cabinet and floor tiles. Needed to have a plumber and they had one to send and he was excellent. Work was done carefully and I was kept well informed of all steps as they were undertaken. Really terrific service and very easy to work with!

My final bill is actually cheaper than their estimate - they did not install a fan, and only ran the dehumidifier for two days, although they charged me for the air scrubber they used when they took out the flooring.

Overall, I think they are very professional, the cost is transparent and they did not overdo things just to charge more. I highly recommend them.

We had a water leak in our unit and called SERVPRO for them to come out to assess the damage. They were very quick to respond and was able to set an appt with an exact time while other companies gave a 2 hour window. I knew from that experience that this company valued their customers time!

We hade a water loss at our home and hired SERVPRO of Mountain View to come out and dry out our home but more importantly Anna and her team at SERVPRO of Mountain View restorations did a fantastic job on packing out our home and took extreme care with all of our furniture and contents throughout. Once they finished and repaired, they put everything right back where it was as if nothing ever happened. I will certainly use this company and recommend for the future.

RECOMMENDED! SERVPRO of Mountain View is definitely the company to use for damage remediation. We had a water leak that damaged the second floor and first-floor ceiling. Within a few minutes of contacting insurance company, I received a phone call from SERVPRO and had appointment scheduled. SERVPRO stayed in constant communication with me, made sure that everything was coordinated, and completed the remediation part of repair as quickly as my schedule allowed with an excellent quality. Everything was done as described. One happy customer!

Allen came out to our house and was very knowledgeable and helped us with our insurance claim.  He brought in his crew and got things cleaned up and packaged up our belongings and put them all safely in storage. Everyone was great and they worked very hard to get us back in our home as soon as possible. He also recommended some very hard working contractors that came also and helped us during the construction period. We are grateful to him and we definitely recommend him.
